Every Gordon Fellow Candidate is Mentored One on One by an Industry Experienced Engineer.

The Gordon Institute offers students the opportunity to learn from industry-experienced professionals by pairing each candidate with a “Gordon Mentor”. Gordon Fellow Candidates have the ability to connect with and receive guidance from their Gordon Mentor one-on-one as a resource throughout the course of the program.

Students are paired with Gordon Mentors based upon their engineering discipline and unique Challenge Project topic. Experienced mentorship from an industry professional provides students with focused insight as they navigate their Challenge Project.

“Becoming a Gordon Mentor offers a very rewarding opportunity to give back to the engineering profession, and a golden opportunity to transfer some of my experience to young engineers and help them accelerate their careers.”
