Students who prefer to complete their GIEL certificate requirements in their first year are asked to speak with their MS degree adviser beforehand

Students pursuing the MS in Sustainable Building Systems with Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership must complete 16 semester-hours of required GIEL coursework and 20 semester-hours of Sustainable Building Systems coursework.

Please refer to the Sustainable Building Systems homepage for the most up-to-date course requirements and other program information.
