Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Research and Decision Support
In carrying out oversight of the OIRDA office, Rana is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a program of data management, analytics, and survey research in response to the needs of both internal and external constituencies. Rana serves as the primary point of contact for key decision makers to deliver the analysis and research needed across the university as well as external reporting.
Senior Associate Director for Survey Research and Assessment
To inform policy and decision making on campus, Diana administers nationally and locally constructed surveys to collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data about Northeastern students, alumni, staff, and faculty. She provides support and guidance to the University community regarding survey research methodology and tools.
Brian performs quantitative analysis and visualization of university data across multiple subject areas, including Student, Faculty/Staff, Admissions, Coop, and Hybrid Budget. Supports internal constituents across the university community while also fulfilling numerous external data requests.
Sylvia assumes a lead role in collecting/compiling, managing, analyzing , and reporting student data used in various reports, publications, and internal management analyses. She is also responsible for documenting business procedures within the IR office, development of process flow charts, and office manuals.
John works on data governance, ranging from the auditing of various subject areas' data, and he also plays a central role in the requests for access to, and the security of, the University’s Operational Data Store (ODS). He currently chairs the Subject Matters Expert subgroup and the Data Security Subgroup.
