The New Cognos-Argos Access Request Form is Live

University Decision Support is pleased to announce the launch of a new request form that is able to accommodate requests for both the Operational Data Store (ODS)-Argos and Cognos.​ This enhanced new form can also be filled out by any employee of the University for any other employee. No matter who initiates the form, both the potential accountholder and that person’s manager will both need to read and sign off on the appropriate data usage Agreement forms.
