Northeastern University Global Community Presents: Belonging Without Othering

To build a sense of community for deep learning and transformation, the Office of Belonging invites you to join a global community reading group exploring Belonging without Othering: How We Save Ourselves and the World by john a. powell and Stephen Menendian of the Othering & Belonging Institute at the University of California, Berkeley, a research institute.

Co-Facilitated by Ife Tayo Walker, Associate Director of Belonging, Mills College Northeastern Melissa Berry-Woods, Director of Learning Development and Student Success, Office of Belonging.

We aim to build consistent knowledge and accountability to align Belonging objectives across Northeastern’s global university. In this work, we encourage people at every level to lean into connection and community.
