NUPD Virtual Safety Training Session: De-Escalation Class

This course is a follow-up to Situational Awareness Training. This training provides insights and tools to help those who may be required to manage emotionally escalated employees, coworkers, or customers. This training is scenario based using recognized, practical tips on how to de-escalate emotionally charged situations by opening lines of communications all the while remaining safe.
